1. General Payment Terms
- All services must be paid in advance using PayPal or Robux.
- Payments are applied immediately upon successful transaction.
- By purchasing a service, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Fair Use policies.
2. Refund Eligibility
We operate with a strict no-refund policy except under specific conditions listed below:
- A refund may only be issued if our team determines the service is unusable or defective.
- Issues must be investigated by Breeze staff before a refund is approved.
- Refunds are not provided based on personal preference, misunderstanding, or user error.
- Refunds may be provided if there is excessive downtime in which the duration well exceeds the service expiration. Services may be given a partial refund in the form of an account credit for downtime based on the situation.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Ordering the wrong plan or purchasing by mistake.
- Misconfiguring your service or breaking your own code/bot/application.
- Performance issues related to exceeding allocated CPU, RAM, storage, or bandwidth.
- Problems caused by third-party software or dependencies
- Partial usage of a service term or unused subscription time.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service or Fair Usage Policy.
- Robux payments are non-refundable except when a service is proven defective.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback results in immediate account suspension.
- We may permanently terminate accounts that initiate chargebacks without contacting support.
- We strongly encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issue.
5. Refund Request Process
- Open a support ticket via Discord or email.
- Provide your Order ID and detailed explanation of the issue.
- Our team will review and determine refund eligibility.
- Refund decisions are final and made at Breeze Hosting's discretion.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued service usage indicates acceptance of any changes.
